Life extension or “super-life” is the theory that suggests that we may live to an exceptionally long time, perhaps as much as a year, maybe even longer. The famous British astro-physicist and cosmologist, Sir Alfred Weiler, postulated in 1947 that the human life span would be approximately one year. A paper published by Harvard University scientist, James R. Murphy, claimed that he had proven the existence of a planet known as extrasolar in our solar system.
The theory states that the planets and stars in our galaxy are so very similar to our own solar system that they could have potentially hosted life even before our earth was born. It also suggests that microbial life could exist on other planets beyond our solar system. If this is true, it would mean that the possibility of life on other worlds is much greater than previously believed. Although the validity of this research is not yet settled, there are other ways by which life extension can be achieved and explored.
Russian scientist, Kipste, suggestion
The famous Russian scientist, Kipste, suggested that in the distant future, humans will have a strong artificial intelligence, able to survive for several decades. Although he did not actually suggest a time frame, it would be a good estimate.
