The WHO world Health Organization was founded in 1948 and observes how the health of people around the world is and where there are problems. An environment in which you feel comfortable (living environment, online community, school, etc.)
A healthy environment (no air pollution, chemicals in food, garbage, etc.)
Have fun at work, at school, or during training
So you could say that everything that makes us happy also keeps us healthy. Fortunately, we can influence many of these points ourselves.
With these simple tips, you will strengthen your immune system and you are less at risk of getting sick physically or mentally. If the body or soul is out of balance, the way to the doctor or a counseling center is the order of the day with healthy tips.
Everyone is talking about it, but when is someone healthy or sick? For most people, being “healthy tips” means having a fit, good-looking body, not being impaired by a handicap, and not being ill. Because basically, health is an important personal and social value that allows us to lead a self-determined life.

Have you ever heard of “diseases of civilization” or “diseases of affluence”? Countries with a highly developed social and economic system, including Liechtenstein, are particularly affected by this. Why? Because we have an abundance of things. While there is a lack of food and clean drinking water in many countries, we live in abundance: too much to eat, too much television and sitting in front of the computer, too much noise and traffic, but also too much stress and a hectic pace. All of these things, which are part of everyday life for many people, mean an increased risk to our health tips.
The diseases that can arise due to excess include tooth decay, heart, and vascular diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, some allergies, certain types of cancer and skin diseases, eating disorders, and certain mental illness.
